• UK Delivery: £3.50 via Royal Mail Tracked (2–3 business days). Delivery within 3–5 working days after your order is placed. Tracking info will be emailed.
• USA Delivery: Delivered within 12 working days via Royal Mail Tracked. Shipping cost depends on order size.
• No deliveries on Sundays or bank holidays.

• Eligibility: Returns accepted for unused, unopened items in original packaging within 14 days. Buyer covers return shipping.
• Process: Email proof of purchase and tracking to hi@wildchai.co.uk. Refunds processed within 14 days of approval.
• Exclusions: No refunds for opened items, dislike of taste, or delayed items. Artisanal imperfections (e.g., minor dents or scratches) are not refundable.
