Refund policy

We put a lot of love into every Wild Chai blend. Because our products are food-based and handmade in small batches, returns are only accepted if there’s a genuine defect with the item.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective.

  • The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).

Process

  1. Email us at hi@wildchai.co.uk with proof of purchase. We’ll aim to respond within 48 hours to investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

  2. If a return is approved, please share your tracking number once the item has been shipped.

  3. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and approving your return.

Exclusions

We’re unable to refund:

  • Used items

  • Items returned simply because of a change of mind or personal taste preferences

  • Orders delayed in transit (sadly, shipping delays are out of our control)

  • Brassware items with minor artisanal quirks (like small dents, scratches, or natural variations) — these are part of the handmade charm.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email hi@wildchai.co.uk with a clear photo within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll take care of it promptly.

International Orders

For customers outside the UK: return shipping and any refund-related costs must be covered by the recipient.
